Dangerous Curves

DSC_0111

I just love the roof on this barn. Who can tell me what it’s called? I couldn’t find anything in my internet search. Is it gambrel? Gambrel is supposed to have two pitches and this one really doesn’t.

Let me know what you think! Inquiring minds want to know!

I have no idea what it is, but I love it!

Lovely! I believe it’s a gothic arch truss, or just an arched roof or gothic roof.

You got me. It looks like a version of a gable roof barn. It’s not a gambrel. Lets call it a bullet barn style. It is awesome.

I would think it is a Vintage Cathedrial Roof! Not sure though.

I agree with Elaine. It is a Arched or Gothic roofed barn. Great shot!

    Arched Truss roof!
Leastwise that’s what they’re referred to in these parts.
Oh……this one is lovely! Nothing sticks to those roofs for long!
