Well, another Christmas has past. I love decorating, the preparation and the parties. Just as much I like to sit back and reflect on the holiday and try to recover! It’s not actually over for us. We have one more get-together to go. I am happy that it involves no gifts, but a trip with family to an activity center where the kids can run, play and interact with their cousins! TIME together, the best gift that can be given.
Aside from my obvious blessings…
which all material possessions pale in comparison, I did get one very special gift for Christmas. My dad handcrafted a jewelry box for me!

By the smiles on everyone’s faces, I would say you had a very nice Christmas. What a talented Dad you have. Reliving my childhood and my children’s childhood through my grandchildren was my favorite Christmas present this year. Very special times. Happy New Year to all. Jerry
